The following classes are offered this year:
Song Writing and Recording: Learn how to write your own original melodies, chord charts, and rhythm.
Studio Recording and Digital Live Sound: Learn studio recording software and live digital equipment. Run sound for band rehearsal and jam sessions.
How to Play in a Band Using Improvisation: Learn how to use any instrument in a band by learning how to play off of a chord chart, create riffs and improvise.
Music Theory for Song Writing and Learning New Songs: Learn helpful music hacks by discovering chord progressions, rhythm, basic notation and form.
Vocal Techniques for Popular Singing Styles: Learn how to sing the styles you love without sounding pitchy or strained. Discover what your voice can do!
Jam Sessions! What musician doesn’t love to play with other musicians and just have fun. Daily Jam Sessions are included in this camp.
For students taking any of the recording classes, be sure to bring your iPhone, iPad, laptop or any other device with “Garage Band” loaded.
