With only hours until the official start of Bethany Band Camp, the staff has little left to do except wait in excitement for the arrival of the talented set of students honored with being in the inaugural class of the new program. After months of planning and preparation, Bethany has created a curriculum that is sure to sharpen the skills of students at any level of aptitude. Even those with a less traditional musical background have something to look forward, with classes like songwriting and studio production being offered.
Attempting such an ambitious project would not be possible without an equally ambitious staff, and the group of young men and women ready to serve Bethany exemplify this ambition in every way. They are talented, and if the schools they attend and the honors they have received aren’t proof of this, then the way the light up the room when they perform and when they educate certainly is. They are ready to use their God-given talents to spark a lifelong interest in these students, hoping that one day they may also use their talents to serve the Lord. That’s what Bethany Band Camp is all about.
